Field Training Growth Manager - Dunkin'

This critical role helps Dunkin’ build sustainable, profitable growth in new and emerging markets by strengthening franchisee training systems, leadership capability, operational readiness, and execution. The Field Training Growth Manager serves as the high-touch training partner within the Emerging Markets support model, working alongside Franchisee Growth Consultants, Field Operations, New Restaurant Opening, Marketing, Development, and Analytics partners. The role helps franchisees build the people, training, and operating disciplines required to open stronger, stabilize faster, deliver a consistent guest experience, and scale with confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Franchisee Capability Building: Assess organizational and training needs, then help franchisees establish scalable onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership-development systems.
