SENIOR BRAND MARKETING MANAGER, SOCIAL & COMMUNITY LOCATION : Remote (US) — Los Angeles preferred, but not required
THE ROLE
Splice is looking for a full-time Senior Social & Community Manager to own the voice of Splice across our organic social portfolio and our Discord community. This is one of the most visible roles on the team and is central to the strategic direction of Splice : what you publish, how you show up, and what you learn from our audience shapes how the business thinks about creators. You’ll plan and publish content, run programming that brings producers together, engage directly with them in the comments, DMs, and Discord, and use performance data to sharpen what we make next. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the culture of music production. You make music yourself, you know what resonates with creators, and you can turn that instinct into content and community moments that earn attention. You’ll work closely with our brand, community, and product teams to translate what’s happening at Splice into things our community actually wants to see and take part in. As our portfolio grows, so does the role, with the opportunity to take on social and community channels for additional Splice brands.
