The ideal candidate has direct hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a U.S. healthcare setting, managing high-volume incoming patient calls, communicating diagnostic results via TigerConnect, and verifying insurance eligibility with absolute professionalism and patience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound patient phone calls via eCW VoIP, assessing patient needs and directing calls accurately.
