We’re a passionate team striving to raise the standard of compassionate care for our patients, and we know that to do that, we must care for our people first. We’d love to meet you and tell you about what we’re building!
This Role
We are seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team, leading our clinicians and deliveringwhole-person, trauma-informed care to individuals with substance use disorders. At Steadfast Health , we believe that clinicians shouldn't have to choose between patient-centered work and their own mental and financial wellbeing. That's why we're doing things differently, through an integrated, evidence-based behavioral health model that deeply supports both patients and clinicians. For our clinicians, that means compassionate, expert clinical support, competitive compensation, caseloads that prioritize quality over quantity and preserve time for recovery, generous and flexible time off policies, and financial investment in your ongoing professional development.
Compensation
Base salary range: $90,000 - $105,000, based on licensure, supervisory credential, and years of relevant SUD experience.
Performance incentive: monthly incentive up to 5% of base salary, tied to clinic-level KPIs - This is a shared, clinic-level metric, rather then an individual productivity quota.
Location & Schedule
This is a 100% remote role with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p
Required Licensure & Supervisory Credential
Because this role provides board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians, candidates must hold both an active, independent North Carolina clinical license and the specific supervisory credential recognized by that license’s board. You must hold at least one of the following:

LMFT (NC) with board-approved supervisor status (LMFT-S) — required to supervise LMFT Associates (LMFTA).

Utilize evidence-based modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — to support recovery.
Collaborate with clinic-level team members, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, to ensure integrated treatment.
Support patients in crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
