Senior Scheduler, Customer Success

- Steno ’s Customer Success Team is looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our winning team!
In this role, you’ll support Steno ’s AmLaw Account Managers with administrative tasks related to clients requests and booking new jobs or services. Your day to day might include client communication, scheduling, handling exhibits and pre-deposition needs, and other administrative support as needed.
Who are you?
As a Senior Scheduler, you will manage and work directly with our AmLaw clients to schedule their depositions, ensuring that all logistical details are coordinated seamlessly. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
