About the role
The Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for Sterling Brokers ' clients. This position is responsible for managing & maintaining client and carrier data, facilitating technical setups, and driving successful client implementations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and carrier partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless transition for new and renewing clients.
