About the Nurse Practitioner Team:
The Nurse Practitioner team at STC provides low-barrier addictions medicine care to individuals with substance use disorders in a variety of settings, including virtually through the Digital Front Door program, within Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinics (Guelph and Fergus), through in-home withdrawal support alongside the Community Withdrawal Support Services (CWSS) team, and in a residential withdrawal management setting via the Waterloo-Regional Health Network (WHRN) Withdrawal Management (Midtown location).
