About Strivacity
Strivacity helps organizations deliver secure, seamless customer experiences through our modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. We're on a mission to eliminate the tradeoff between security and user experience — and we're doing it with a platform that’s easy to deploy, scale, and operate. As a fast-growing startup, we thrive on solving complex problems with simplicity, and we’re passionate about helping our customers succeed. If you're driven by innovation, love collaborating with smart, motivated people, and want to make a real impact — Strivacity is the place for you.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Solutions Architect at Strivacity , you’ll be the trusted technical advisor and hands-on expert for our enterprise clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients are set up for long-term success by aligning technical solutions with their business goals. This role is equal parts architect, consultant, and problem solver — helping guide the implementation and adoption of Strivacity ’s CIAM platform in complex environments.
