About the role

As a Business Analyst on the Swift Product team, you'll be an essential part of the group that supports our digital life insurance platform. As a Business Analyst on Swift, you will work on solutions that often span business processes, data, integration, and multiple technology systems

In this position, you will collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and business partners to identify needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze business processes. You will support solution delivery that improves efficiency and business results. Your role will be meaningful in feature discovery, maintaining documentation and workflows, and aiding testing efforts to confirm solutions meet requirements. Success depends on a strong analytical perspective, working well with others, and the confidence to question, challenge assumptions, and deliver impactful results.
