We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Engineering Business Partner to join the Fleet Engineering team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting into the National Fleet Engineering Lead.
As the Fleet Engineering Business Partner it is your responsibility to identify initiatives for continuous improvement around vehicle repair spend and work with the depots and repair agents supporting the control of the repairs and maintenance budgets.
You will be a key support function for vehicle design specification and new build delivery plans and you will influence and coach depot colleagues to achieve improved fleet efficiency, standards, and compliance.
