Work Setup: Remote (must be a PH-based Filipino citizen)
Must-have Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in Contact Centre, pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting (preferably with contact center-related operational and/or technical experience)
- Prior experience working with or selling to Contact Centre/CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect, etc.).
- Experience in the Conversational AI space.
- Must have project management and/or business consulting experience in the contact center industry.
