Description
We are seeking a CBT Training Specialist to support the design, development, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of computer-based training and eLearning materials for federal healthcare programs. This role will assess training needs; develop learner-centered content using tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline 360; and create practical training aids, curricula, scripts, assessments, scenarios, knowledge checks, and accessible learning materials that help users understand systems, processes, data, and operational workflows.
