Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter to manage outbound sales outreach, follow up with leads, communicate with prospective clients, identify sales opportunities, and schedule qualified sales appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and sales-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, handle objections, and work toward performance goals. The company will provide training on its products and industry, while the successful candidate should bring relevant experience in outbound sales, call center sales, appointment setting, collections, or similar customer-facing roles . This position requires strong organizational skills, CRM proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and collaborating effectively with the team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
