Marketing & Operations Manager

This is a remote position.

Location: Fully remote. Open to candidates based in South Africa and selected European countries.

Limitless Coaching helps established women founders scale their businesses without burning out or becoming the bottleneck in their own company. We run a growing ecosystem of group and 1:1 mentorship programs, masterclasses and live events, and our audience grows through organic content and paid campaigns. The founder currently runs sales, marketing and operations herself. This role exists to change that. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the marketing and sales engine so the founder can focus entirely on client delivery.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing, sales support and operational execution of the business.
