Legal Counsel, Regulatory and Licensing Ro le - Crypto Exchange

Responsibilities

• Reporting to a Legal Director of Regulatory and Licensing , or Senior Counsel, you will be an important member of the team of regulatory and licensing lawyers.
• You and your team will handle on-going licensing and financial regulatory matters globally.
• You will also be responsible for addressing regulatory risk within the company and introducing and implementing measures to mitigate and reduce such risk.

You will help with the efforts to manage external law firms including their engagement, review of their work, review and approval of fees and on-going case-management to ensure the best results.
