HR Business Advisor (Remote Anywhere in the US)

Job Summary:

As the day-to-day partner, the HRBA serves as a consultant to management and employees on Human Resource and related business. The Human Resources Business Advisor is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the human resources department within a Business Unit. This role will support employees primarily in United States and Mexico. The role will be reporting directly to the HR Director. This role is equally HR-focused and business-based and is very well-suited to an individual who can see the big picture and execute all the necessary steps toward continued business growth and achievement of goals. The HRBP will provide a service-oriented approach to HR and will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle management, including recruiting, talent management, annual compensation, and the bonus processes, The HRBP will gain and maintain an effective level of business acumen about the business unit’s financial position, culture, and competition.
