Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the profitable sales growth of the region by developing market and account plans that focus their team on the best opportunities. Emphasis will be on owners/developers, general & mechanical contractors, specifying engineers, distributors, plumbing contractors and builders.

Manages a team of both direct sales staff and rep organizations to ensure strong relationships with stakeholders across the region. Sets team goals, expectations and sales strategies for growth. Drives utilization of sales tools and pipeline management. Leads the business cadence with standard monthly updates and quarterly business reviews to ensure visibility and accountability for the execution of market and account plans.
