Fundraising Operations Specialist - Europe, Part Time

About The Role:

We’re looking for a Fundraising Operations Specialist to sit within our Operations team and own the operational backbone behind VendueTech ’s VC fundraising activity. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is central to how we raise.

Fundraising activity at VendueTech is increasing. From investor pipeline management and outreach coordination to meeting preparation and follow-up discipline, we need someone who can hold all of it together with rigour and discretion.

This role also serves as the operational bridge between fundraising and Finance, ensuring that the financial inputs investors need are accurate, timely, and presentation-ready. You’ll work closely with the Finance team to coordinate reporting, data, and due diligence materials across the raise cycle.
