Construction Manager

Responsible for all construction project management for company campus, labs, and locations. Manages work performed by contractors and consultants and provides general management of construction related jobs. Oversee project design and project schedules on proposed projects Responsible for delivering the project to the client in compliance with all contractual requirements and in accordance with Federal, State, and local law requirements Provide project budget estimates for building and site work on proposed projects Coordinate the identification of contractors, bid projects, contracts, develops and manages construction project budgets Analyze specific site issues to determine appropriate scope of work needed
