Operations Generalist - Southeast Asia

We're looking for a versatile, impact-driven Generalist to join our fast-growing team at Waterlily. This is a high-ownership, high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to build novel best practices in sales, ops, content, and systems.

You'll be our Swiss-Army knife, jumping from coordinating executive ops one hour, to writing crisp marketing copy the next, to running lightweight outbound campaigns after that. If you've got grit, brains, and range, we'll give you the tools, mentorship, and mission to grow into a startup operator that any company would fight to hire.
