Job Summary:

This position coordinates the end-to-end execution of initiatives for the company. In this role, you will be the core bridge connecting our cross-functional teams—product innovation, sourcing, procurement, operations, customer service, regulatory, marketing, and sales—to take pet product innovations from concept to retail shelves. Additionally, you will drive the operational onboarding and launch execution for new business wins, major retail accounts, and international expansion channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of CPG manufacturing, and shares our passion for enhancing the lives of pets and their parents.
