As a Software Engineer II on the WEX Benefits Technology team, you will serve as a core contributor within your engineering team, responsible for delivering high-quality software with minimal support. You will implement solutions designed by the team while employing Test Driven Development (TDD) and accelerated delivery through the effective use of Artificial Intelligence. You play a key role in mentoring junior engineers (SDE I) and fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
