Recruitment Specialist - IT Industry

Job Description:

Oversee daily recruitment workflows to ensure hiring deliverables align seamlessly with corporate workforce plans.

Collaborate with leadership (HR Team Lead and HR Group Lead) to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support long-term business goals.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.

Expand and optimize diverse talent pipelines—including job boards, social media, employee referrals, agency partnerships, campus recruiting, and networking platforms.
