Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Proposal Team. This position reports to the Senior Proposal Manager and is responsible for supporting projects concerning Geospatial Services . Working collectively with market leaders, program directors, project managers, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and other department resources, the proposal manager is responsible for managing the development of cohesive proposals, including maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating assignments and reviews, implementing win strategy, ensuring compliance, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership for prime pursuits.
