About the Role
XTIUM is looking for an L2/L3 Cloud Implementation Engineer to deliver and support Microsoft, Citrix, Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for our customers. You will take escalations from the L1/L2 service desk, resolve complex incidents, and carry out hands-on implementation, migration and optimisation projects. You will work closely with L3 architects and customer technical teams, and act as the technical point of contact for day-to-day change and delivery work.
What You Will Do
Microsoft Azure:
- Deploy and support Azure IaaS and PaaS: virtual machines, VNets, NSGs, load balancers, storage accounts, Azure Backup and Site Recovery.
