HR Data & Compliance Analyst

The Opportunity:

Ziff Davis 's HR Compliance & Analytics team keeps our workforce data accurate, audit-ready, and useful to the leaders who rely on it. We're looking for an HR Data & Compliance Analyst to be the team's hands-on execution partner: preparing statutory filings and audit evidence, running recurring data validation and reconciliation across our HR platforms, and building and maintaining the dashboards and reporting suites that GMs, HR Partners, and HR leadership use every day. You'll turn raw HCM, payroll, and recruiting data into accurate, audit-ready outputs that leadership can trust.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Compliance & Analytics. You'll work closely with HR Systems on integration health and access reviews, with the HR Coordination team and record owners to fix data at the source, with HR Partners and business leaders on reporting and analysis, and with Legal to track regulatory changes such as new state pay transparency and reporting laws. Our workforce data spans multiple business units, so you'll see how data moves end to end across HCM, payroll, recruiting, and finance systems.
