At Boston Consulting Group, I architected AI-native automation frameworks that doubled engineering velocity and enabled two product modules to be automated within a month. Across 17 years in quality engineering, I've owned enterprise test architectures for Thomson Reuters legal products, blockchain systems, and AI/SaaS platforms. I bring reproducible quality gates to probabilistic AI systems through LLM evaluation, RAG validation, and agent trajectory testing. I build full-stack automation with Playwright, Python, Pytest, K6, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and Qmetry. At Context Labs, I led QA strategy for decentralized systems, improved system visibility by 100%, and integrated proactive security auditing into CI/CD. With an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode, I treat quality as an economic driver—balancing evaluation cost, latency, hallucination risk, and time-to-market. I'm focused on building reliable AI products that teams can confidently ship.
