Aakash Lodha

I am a Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. I specialize in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, KPI tracking, and interactive dashboard development to turn raw data into actionable business insights. During my Software Engineer internship at VESIT, I developed and maintained a Content Management System, optimized SQL queries, and built reporting modules to improve data accessibility and automate manual workflows. My projects include HR Attrition Analytics, Telecom Customer Churn Analysis, and Olist E-commerce Analytics. I have analyzed employee attrition patterns, identified high-risk customers, investigated delivery performance and customer satisfaction, and developed interactive dashboards to communicate findings. I have also used SQL, statistical testing, and logistic regression to uncover trends and support data-driven business recommendations. I am interested in Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, and Business Analytics roles where I can apply analytical thinking, technical skills, and business understanding to solve real-world problems and help organizations make better decisions.
