In a simulated Zendesk workflow for Northwind Cloud Services, I triaged six support tickets and wrote customer replies for situations including billing questions, bug reports, and an account lockout. I also created a macro for a repeat request and a knowledge base article. In a simulated HubSpot workflow for Northwind Cloud Services, I tracked five prospective clients from first contact to contract stage, logged interactions, and set follow-up tasks. I also created a reusable personalized email template. My projects include an automatic detection and mitigation system for PHP/MySQL web applications, focused on web application security, and a Tableau dashboard built during a data analytics simulation. As a freelance graphic designer for Cleftrock Construction Limited, I designed a billboard banner in CorelDRAW.
