About
At FAIRBANK, I designed and delivered AURA, a real-estate intelligence ecosystem live across three products on the PropTech platform: InspectOS, Rezerva, and HomeOS. I built a nationwide pipeline covering more than 1.25 million property records.
For AURA, I developed hybrid valuation models with leakage-safe temporal validation, achieving an R of 0.968 and a MAPE of 4.05%. I also used SHAP explanations and calibrated uncertainty.
I designed AURA’s AI Assistant, a governed multi-agent layer using a local Qwen3-8B LLM, secured natural-language-to-SQL, and RAG retrieval. Validation showed 0% schema hallucination, and the assistant supports multiple languages.
At Privilege Travel, I designed and shipped a secure full-stack travel platform with a Google Gemini chatbot, increasing user engagement by 47%. I also owned CI/CD, cutting deployment time by 65% and reaching 92% automated test coverage.
