I support U.S.-based clients through TeamTech, working inbound calls for VSP Vision Care and TaxAct from Nigeria. For VSP, I verify member eligibility and benefit coverage in Salesforce before confirming service authorizations, and I help providers with claims status, documentation needs, and claim discrepancies. For TaxAct, I guide customers through account setup, e-filing steps, and troubleshooting—managing high call volumes during peak tax season. I keep each provider/customer interaction accurately logged in Salesforce, escalate complex claims or disputes when needed, and work patiently across Zoom Phone and CRM workflows.
