At Garanti BBVA, I worked on the SGK E-Seizure turnkey project through BilgeAdam Teknoloji, translating requirements into user stories and technical documentation. I collaborated with development teams on sprint planning and backlog refinement, and led UAT through project delivery. At Fibabanka, I was the sole Business Analyst in the R&D Cash Management Unit. I designed and delivered the “Customer Acquisition via Incoming EFT” project, managing requirement analysis, testing, and backlog refinement. At Omega Bigdata, I managed a multi-country data analytics integration project and reduced technical debt by 40%. I also improved development efficiency through structured QA and backlog prioritization. Across banking, SaaS, and enterprise projects, I’ve contributed to product lifecycle work from requirements and user journeys to testing and launch optimization. I use Agile and Scrum practices, and draw on experience with PostgreSQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and data analytics to turn complex requirements into actionable product work.
