Alejandro Arango Lince

I lead UX research and service design work across regulated, multi-stakeholder environments in LATAM and the US, translating ambiguous problems into methods, roadmaps, and scalable design systems. At SoftwareONE Colombia, I scaled the UX practice from 6 to 29 designers and governed BUPA’s enterprise Design System (unifying 6 digital products across LATAM). I also led Digital Workplace and Service Design initiatives for SURA and Bancolombia, mapping end-to-end journeys from front-end experience to operational backstage. Through practice strategy and delivery, I supported 30+ enterprise clients across 8 countries, including a 4.8/5 satisfaction score and 5/5 on a ~USD 2M engagement with Grupo KFC (Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela). I’m grounded in Design Thinking, Lean UX, Design Sprint, and Jobs to Be Done, with WCAG 2.1 accessibility built into the systems I govern. Before SoftwareONE, I managed UX teams at InterGrupo, institutionalizing repeatable Co-Creation workshops as a consulting methodology, and earlier roles spanned senior UX and creative direction across digital products and web experiences.
