At Angi, I manage 30–70 client projects at a time, coordinating onboarding, timelines, vendors, documentation, and milestones through completion. I was recognized as a Top 3% performer for customer satisfaction and book-of-business management. I've built my career around keeping clients, vendors, internal teams, and leadership aligned. From resolving complex service issues to negotiating vendor pricing and improving workflows during the Zendesk-to-Salesforce transition, I step in early to keep work moving forward. Before Angi, I managed client relationships and promotional product projects at Ideas Unlimited, and independently ran daily operations for a 66-unit residential property at Pinnacle International Realty Group. My property management background also includes leasing, budgets, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and operational records. At Allied Residential, I managed LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 compliance while supporting underperforming communities and training new property managers. I'm most effective when I can organize moving pieces, improve processes, support customers and clients, and find practical solutions when the next step is not obvious.
