BrazilTechnical Program / Infrastructure Delivery Analyst at Wipro
About
At Wipro, I lead delivery of New Region Build projects for cloud and data center infrastructure, coordinating engineering, network, and vendor teams through readiness for General Availability. I track scope, risks, dependencies, and schedules, and turn delivery signals into executive reporting and action plans.
I built and rolled out an AI-assisted reporting workflow connecting ChatGPT and agents with Jira, Slack, Outlook, and SharePoint. It cut weekly report preparation time by about 85% and made information faster to consolidate.
Before Wipro, I managed network service delivery and improvement programs at MAHLE and Clariant, and supported corporate network infrastructure at PepsiCo, General Motors, HP, and Neovia Telecom. My work spans cloud and data center delivery, LAN/WAN and wireless networks, ITIL service management, vendor coordination, CAPEX, and operational reporting.
