Amna Riaz

I’m a HubSpot Certified Solutions Engineer with 1 year of hands-on CRM implementation experience, specializing in streamlining business processes and improving customer engagement through effective CRM architecture. I also have a background in Software Quality Assurance, with experience in manual, functional, and regression testing to ensure software reliability and quality. In my recent roles, I designed and implemented HubSpot CRM workflows and automation, integrated external systems through REST APIs, and managed end-to-end data import, cleaning, and migration to maintain data accuracy and consistency. I also developed custom reports, dashboards, and branded email templates to support sales and marketing objectives. On the QA side, I designed test cases, identified and reported bugs, performed functional and regression testing, and collaborated with developers to resolve issues and improve application stability. I enjoy translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, validating functionality through structured testing, and ensuring systems perform as expected before release. My combined CRM implementation and QA experience enables me to build efficient automations, maintain reliable data flows, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
