Ana Cristina Lopez Varon

At Ozzie Way, I led marketing operations and customer journey improvements, including a redesign of the company website around user profiles and decision stages. I also implemented AI-assisted workflows for Genuine Student documentation. I researched audience behavior to refine content, communication, and acquisition strategies, and supported initiatives that generated up to 344 monthly WhatsApp inquiries. My work also included CRM workflows and support for visa application quality assurance and admissions operations. Earlier, I managed software implementation projects at Comfenalco Valle delagente and led software quality assurance teams at Q-Vision Technologies. Across those roles, I worked on process improvement, requirements, testing, and project delivery in regulated and financial services environments.
