About
At Valerie Group, I’m building teams across India, the Philippines, Australia, Singapore, and Dubai. I moved from TA Lead + Product to Global Talent Head + Product as the company grew.
At The 1% Club, I joined from the ground up and helped build teams and the organizational structure. I worked across hiring, talent development, employer branding, and community building.
Earlier, I worked in tech recruitment at CRED and ShareChat, and helped startups build teams as a fractional HR partner. I started out as an engineering student focused on creating student communities, training opportunities, and career support.
