At Highmark Health, I own strategy and continuous improvement for an enterprise Immersion portfolio supporting approximately 4,000–6,000 new hires annually. I shape journey design and content priorities across five onboarding and immersion segments, partnering with HR Technology on Workday testing and implementation.
I use observation, interviews, hiring-manager focus groups, surveys, and course-completion data to find friction and guide improvements. This work contributed to 6% improved retention, sustained 4.5/5 participant satisfaction, increased belonging measures, and approximately 500 annual labor hours saved.
As Senior Talent Program Manager at Highmark Health, I created a New Team Member Immersion journey connecting preboarding, digital learning, community, and connection opportunities through early employment. I also developed Hiring Manager Immersion and People Leader Essentials, and transformed live virtual onboarding into a digital self-paced model that reduced onboarding from 8 to 5 hours.
