Andrea Ocampo

I’m an administrative and customer support professional based in Argentina, with about 3 years of experience running two online businesses on my own: a handmade crochet shop (30 to 40 sales per month) and a bags and backpacks business I co-founded this year (20 to 30 units per month). In both, I handle order management, delivery scheduling, inventory control, payment tracking and reconciliation, and customer service through WhatsApp Business and social media, keeping organized records in Excel. I also have experience as a private English tutor, both in person (2017–2018) and online (2025–present), where I assess each student’s level, prepare personalized materials and adapt lessons to their goals. This strengthened my clear communication, patience and time management. My tools include Excel (intermediate, certified course), Power BI (certified course), Google Workspace, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Trello, Notion, Zoom and Google Meet. I’m a native Spanish speaker with intermediate to advanced English, and I’m currently studying Natural Resources and Environmental Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Salta. I’m looking for remote roles in virtual assistance, administrative support, data entry or customer support, where I can bring organization, reliability and a fast learning curve to a long-term team.
