Andres Herrera

At Genesys Ingeniería LTDA, I direct end-to-end software projects, coordinating technical teams of up to 7 and managing scope, schedule, risk, budget, and quality. I run Scrum practices and track delivery with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. I served as development lead and architect for an automated web application testing solution using Selenium, Blazemeter, BrowserStack, and Azure DevOps TestLab. I also lead and support infrastructure migration decisions involving Azure and AWS. Projects I've delivered include a cloud image-recognition solution with AWS Rekognition, a mobile order-taking system, recruitment and selection software, vehicle logistics solutions, and medical equipment maintenance software. Earlier, I led the development team at Privilege Reward Program C.A., designing and implementing customer loyalty and airline ticket reservation and sales systems. I hold an Ingeniero en Informática degree, and my active certifications include PMP, CAPM, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
