My career has been built around one thing: understanding people and turning relationships into results. I currently work as a Sales & Leasing Team Lead at TSG Hospitality/Realty, where I lead sales and leasing strategies, manage pipelines, coach teams, drive client acquisition, and oversee the customer journey from prospecting to closing and post-sale support. Before TSG, I was a Guest Relations & Business Development Lead at BTL Christian International Conference Center, where I combined customer experience with business development—building corporate relationships, expanding the client portfolio, managing sales pipelines, and leading a guest relations team. What ties my experience together is my ability to connect with people, understand their needs, build trust, and turn relationships into results. I bring energy, commercial awareness, adaptability, and a genuine passion for creating experiences that make customers want to stay, return, and recommend. I’m now actively seeking a remote position with a forward-thinking company where I can leverage my experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Sales, and Business Development to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
