I'm leading full-stack engineering and AI document automation at Medial Health, building digital health workflows for patient intake and clinical operations using React, TypeScript, NestJS, FastAPI, Ollama, Docker, and GCP. Previously at Yello Media Group, I directed delivery for high-traffic digital platforms, including Python ETL services, REST APIs, reporting microservices, and Docker/Kubernetes deployments. I also modernized enterprise C# applications, mentored developers, and helped teams adopt stronger testing and CI/CD practices. I've architected government procurement SaaS at TSTT and enterprise integrations for the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago, with a focus on secure APIs, compliance, audit infrastructure, and maintainable systems. My AI work includes Research Navigator, a multi-agent validation engine with LLM-as-a-Judge auditing, and an enterprise document intelligence platform with hybrid Ollama, Groq, and Claude routing. I enjoy taking complex systems from idea to production, removing delivery roadblocks, and helping engineering teams execute end to end.
