At Masood Textile Mills, I lead procurement operations for six major customers and supervise a team of 22 professionals. I've progressed from Procurement Officer to Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager through performance in sourcing, supplier coordination, and procurement execution. I manage local and international sourcing across China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Vietnam, and Bangladesh, coordinating negotiations, commercial evaluations, imports, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and supplier payments. I focus on cost-effective procurement solutions, strategic supplier partnerships, and supply chain optimization while maintaining quality standards and supporting business growth.
