About
At the Directorate of University Extension DEU, Central University of Venezuela, I designed a correspondence and official document management system with search, status assignment, and reporting, and developed its interface. I also developed a WhatsApp customer service chatbot integrated with n8n on Linux Mint to centralize messages and automate responses.
I automated payment receipt generation with Excel and Google Sheets and implemented an Airtable database for program, course, and workshop enrollments. I’m studying Computer Science at Instituto Universitario Jesús Obrero IUJO and expanding my skills in networking, Python, JavaScript, and Linux.
