Arianne Salazar

At PwC Acceleration Centers, I planned and executed QA and UAT cycles for ServiceNow implementations, including regression testing of flows, workflows, ticket-based processes, and controls. I wrote step-by-step test scripts for QA and prepared them for client users to run as UAT after development. I tracked defects in Jira, documented requirements and project records, and translated workshop outcomes into clear written specifications. I also handled issues and requests through ServiceNow ticketing. I'm a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and I'm seeking remote contract work in QA/UAT testing, test documentation, or technical writing.
