At Magnet, I managed workforce acquisition and supply activities, contract administration, and contingent workforce compliance. At Kelly OCG, I supported HR shared services for Gilead Science, including Workday transactions across the employee lifecycle. I prepared employee reference letters, conducted onboarding sessions, and performed quality audits. At Adecco, Pontoon Solutions, I supported the Infosys APAC contingent labour program, processing resource requests and coordinating onboarding and background verification through Beeline. Earlier, I worked as a Senior Recruiter at Blue Rose Technology Pvt. Ltd., a Senior Process Associate at Accenture, and held marketing and customer support roles.
