IndiaSystem Engineer at SRE/DevOps
About
At Tata Consultancy Services, I work on SRE/DevOps for a healthcare client, contributing to production reliability, release velocity, and observability. I reduced MTTR by 76% and maintained 92% SLA adherence through incident triage and root-cause analysis.
I resolve latency and availability issues through real-time monitoring, and improved data-transfer reliability by 80% by optimizing SnapLogic integration pipelines. I also troubleshoot SQL queries and SSIS job failures to maintain data integrity during synchronization windows.
I manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support zero-downtime AKS production rollouts. I’m looking to build on this foundation in a dedicated SRE/DevOps role with deeper platform ownership.
