At Yocket, I counsel students on academic planning, course selection, and higher education pathways. I support their decision-making with personalized guidance and regular follow-ups. I also assist with application-related documentation and timelines, and keep student records and progress updates current in CRM systems. At AbroadCampus, I provided one-on-one academic counseling, responded to parent queries, and coordinated student follow-ups and documentation. I also supervised branch-level operations and helped improve student conversion and engagement through personalized counseling support. Earlier, as a Primary Teacher at Rainbow Pre School, I supported children’s foundational learning through classroom activities and individual attention, while communicating with parents about their progress.
