Bilal Hasan

I'm seeking Customer Success, AI Automation, Account Management, or Operations roles where I can improve client retention, onboarding, revenue, and operational efficiency through CRM discipline, cross-functional leadership, and AI automation. I'm open to remote work and relocation to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Europe. I run NexFlow AI, where I design and deploy chatbots, voice agents, website development and workflow pipelines that automate customer interactions, lead generation, and internal operations. I've delivered 13+ custom AI integrations using Claude, Botpress, Make.com, Vapi.ai, ElevenLabs, Zapier, and Airtable. Across iGaming, I managed pipelines of 500–600 qualified leads per day, drove a 20%+ conversion uplift through structured follow-ups and GEO-specific outreach, and achieved roughly 400–500 first deposits monthly. I also led teams handling 400+ daily requests, improving team performance by 30% and average ticket size by 25%. In SaaS and B2B operations, I've onboarded HORECA clients to a management platform with 80%+ adoption in three months and 100% retention among Dubai clients. I've managed CRM workflows, technical training, reporting, account relationships, procurement, vendor coordination, production planning, and delivery performance. I'm fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, with hands-on experience supporting remote, multi-GEO teams and customers across the GCC, Europe, and international markets. I bring customer success, operational discipline, and practical AI automation together to build more efficient client-facing businesses.
